After a couple days of sitting at home in our Airbnb in a somewhat shady area of LA it was time to find some sun. Thankfully the rain was done and we had a chance to check out Santa Monica before it was time to move on.
Last time we were in LA it was just Jacob and I so we got to stay in a real swanky hotel right in Santa Monica. We spent the afternoon strolling along the beach. We visited the pier, played in the sand, grabbed a drink and watched the skateboarders. We covered a large portion of the beach area and then got tucked into our airport hotel – ready for more beach. This time in Hawaii!
