Last night Jacob, Kayla and I had Sunday family dinner with our Korean family: Mr. Hur (aka Gimbap man), his wife and daughter Gloria. We ate at one of the local Samgyeopsal restaurants where we had roasted duck, and two different kinds of pork. After finishing our meal we headed to the Norae-bang (singing room) around the corner. While this isn’t our typical Sunday dinner lineup it certainly was appreciated and one of the highlights of my time in Korea.
